Q1:Are you trading company or manufacture?
A:Hanxin has more than 30 years' experience in steel industry. We have our own processing plant and partial production line. Hanxin is also the professional steel industry supplier which can provide any steel products by customers' requirements.
Q2:What are your company's main products?
A2: Our main products are galvanized round/square pipe, bar, channel, Galvanized Steel Sheet,Stainless Steel pipe, SML Pipe, Pipe Fittings,etc.
Q3: Do you provide samples ?
A: The sample could can provide for customer with free,but the courier freight will be covered by customer account.
Q4: How do you control quality?
A3: Mill Test Certification is supplied with shipment, Third Party Inspection is available. and we also get ISO
Q5:What is the MOQ?
A4:Any quantity is ok. We can ship the regular specifications with LCL service.
Q6:How long is your delivery time?
A6:Generally it is 3-5 days if goods are in stock. or around 15-30days if the goods are not in stock.
Q7:What is your terms of payment?
A7:50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
